鱼用功能性卵黄粉对鳗鲡的免疫保护和生长性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of the aquatic functional yolk powder on immune protection and growth performance of the eels

摘要 嗜水气单胞菌对水产动物养殖具有极大的危害。前期研究已制备抗嗜水气单胞菌外膜蛋白(MOMP)的鱼用功能性卵黄粉。本文通过ELISA和Western blot分析该功能性卵黄粉所含抗体的效价和特异性,结合对鳗鲡的免疫攻毒保护和投喂后的生长性能测定,研究其对防控鳗鲡嗜水气单胞菌疾病的影响。结果显示,鱼用功能性卵黄粉中的卵黄抗体能与3株代表菌的MOMP抗原特异结合,ELISA效价检测显示效价均达到1.10 240以上;投喂鱼用功能性卵黄粉13 d后,鳗鲡经嗜水气单胞菌攻毒的存活率较未投喂组提高30.8%。3个养殖场进行的鳗鲡生长性能测定结果显示,饲料中添加0.3%的鱼用功能性卵黄粉后,鳗鲡的增重率较对照组分别提高42.8%、13.6%和8.8%,饲料转化率分别提高4.04%、3.11%和2.55%;死亡率数据统计显示,2个养殖场差别不明显,1个养殖场死亡率下降了38.8%。上述结果说明,鱼用功能性卵黄粉可用于嗜水气单胞菌感染引起的鳗鲡疾病的预防和控制,具有进一步的研究和开发的前景。 Aeromonas hydropbila was very harmful to aquaculture. In previous studies, the aquatic functional yolk powder has been prepared through major outer-membrane protein (MOMP) of A. bydropbila. The effect of the functional yolk powder against A. hydrophila was determined by the ELISA and Western-blot analysis on antibody titer and specificity, as well as the immune challenge test and growth performance investigation. The results showed that the egg yolk antibody in the powder was ca- pable of binding with the MOMP antigens of the 3 representative bacteria. All the antibody titer by ELISA reached more than 1 : 10 240. The survival rate of eel fed with functional yolk powder for 13 days was higher the negative control by 30.8% after the immune challenge. In the investigation on the growth performance of the eels in 3 different farms, it was indicated that the addition of functional yolk powder at 0.3% led to increases on the growth rate by 42.8%, 13.6% and 8.8%, respectively when compared with the negative control. The feed conversion rate was increased by 4.04%, 3.11% and 2.55%, respectively. With respect of mortality, no obvious differences were observed in two of the eel farms, while it was decreased by 38.8% in the other one. These results demonstrated that the aquatic functional yolk powder can be used for the prevention and control of eel disease caused by A. hydrophila, with potentials on the further research and development.
