摘要 目的:建立一种快速鉴别布渣叶及其不同极性部位的分析方法。方法:利用MIR采集布渣叶及其不同极性部位样品的红外指纹图谱,对其红外光谱图进行结构特征分析,并结合主成分分析法对其进行鉴别研究。结果:布渣叶及其不同极性部位的红外光谱图很相似,但采用MIR指纹结合主成分分析法仍可快速地区分出布渣叶及其不同极性部位。结论:红外指纹图谱结合主成分分析法可快速、客观、准确地鉴别出布渣叶及其不同极性部位。 Objective: To establish a rapid method for the identification of Microcos paniculata and its dif- ferent polar parts. Methods: Collecting the IR fingerprint of Microcos paniculata and its different polar parts samples via MIR, according to the infrared spectrum to analyze its structure characteristics, and researching them combined with principal component analysis. Results: The infrared spectrum is too similar to identify, but we still could quickly differentiate the Microcos paniculata and its different polar parts by MIR combined wilh Principal Component Analysis. Conclusion: MIR combined with principal component analysis could be used to i- dentitfy the microcns paniculata aud its different polar parts samples lastly, objectively and accurately.
