摘要
"党建+网格"模式下的公寓管理是将网格化管理引入高校思想政治工作的有效途径。网格化管理需要体系的支撑,本文提出了"三大平面、三大支点、三大环节"的构想,以此促进网格化管理体系建设的发展和完善。
Student apartment management under ＂Party Building ＋Grid＂ is an effective way to introduce the grid management into the ideological and political work of universities. Given that this mode of management needs the support of system, the design of ＂three planes, three fulcrums and three links＂ is raised to bring about an advance in the construction of grid management.
