摘要
文章用服务质量和产品质量,用户关系信任、用户满意度、转换成本四个方面考察简书app用户忠诚度。调研结果展现简书app用户忠诚度较低。根据问题提出相应的改进措施,并制定相应的提升用户忠诚度的策略。
The article examines the user loyalty of the book app in terms of service quality and product quality, user relationship trust, user satisfaction, and conversion cost. The survey results show that the Jianshu app user loyalty is low. According to the problem, propose corresponding improvement measures and formulate corresponding strategies to improve user loyalty.
