摘要
采用DEFORM-HT软件对45钢阶梯轴调质处理进行模拟计算,建立了45钢的数值模型,分析了其淬火及回火后的组织。结果表明,淬火后得到了马氏体,回火后生成回火马氏体;随着回火温度的升高,得到下贝氏体,继续增加回火温度,得到了92%的回火铁素体+渗碳体组织,模拟结果与理论结果相符。
The tempering treatment 45 steel staircase axis was simulated calculation by DEFORM-HT software, and the numerical model of 45 steel was set up, and the microstructure after quenching and tempering was analyzed. The results show that martensite is obtained after quenching and tempered martensite is formed after tempering. With the increase of tempering temperature, the lower bainite is obtained, and the tempering temperature is increased continuously, and 92% of tempered ferrite and cementite structure is obtained. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical results.
