摘要
针对弯管衬里壁厚相差较大、且边缘较薄,半圆形截面的形状特点和Cr26高铬铸铁的凝固特点,经过铸造工艺设计优化和实验优化。结果表明,确定了最佳的弯管衬里铸造生产工艺,生产出了无明显缩孔缩松、冷隔和变形弯管衬里,达到了用户的要求,为该产品大批量生产提供了技术保障和基础。
The casting process design and experimental optimization were carried out for the shape and solidification of Cr26 high chromium cast iron with large difference in thickness, thin edge, semi-circular section. The results show that the best casting process of curved pipe liner is determined. A non-obvious shrinkage, porosity, cold insulation and deformation curved pipe liner is produced, it meets the user's requirements, it provides technical support and foundation for mass production of this product.
