摘要
为指导和优化液相线跟踪法的实施,对以CPTes2为载液含二甲亚砜(Me_2SO)的低温保存液(CPTes2/Me_2SO)的理化性质进行深入研究。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)结合质量补偿法分别得到不同Me_2SO质量分数(0—0.4)下CPTes2/Me_2SO和NaCl/H_2O/Me_2SO溶液的平衡冻结点;利用DSC结合半比热温度法分别得到不同Me_2SO质量分数(0.5—0.6)下CPTes2/Me_2SO和NaCl/H_2O/Me_2SO溶液的玻璃化转变温度;采用pH计和pH试纸测量得到不同温度(4—37℃)和不同Me_2SO质量分数(0—0.6)下CPTes2/Me_2SO溶液的pH值,并拟合得到pH值与温度和Me_2SO质量分数之间的关系式。结果表明,CPTes2/Me_2SO溶液的平衡冻结点略低于NaCl/H_2O/Me_2SO溶液的,但两者并无显著差别;CPTes2/Me_2SO溶液的玻璃化转变温度略微高于NaCl/H_2O/Me_2SO溶液的,但两者亦无明显差别;CPTes2/Me_2SO溶液的pH随温度的降低而增大,随Me_2SO质量分数的增大而增大。
For optimization of the liquidus-tracking method,several physicochemical properties of the solution of dimethyl sulfoxide( Me2SO) in CPTes2,denoted by CPTes2/Me2SO,were investigated. The equilibrium freezing points( Me2SO mass fraction 0-0. 4) and the glass transition temperatures( Me2SO mass fraction 0. 5-0. 6) of the solutions CPTes2/Me2SO and NaCl/H2O/Me2SO were measured by differential scanning calorimetry,respectively. The measured equilibrium freezing points are modified by a method named mass redemption,and the glass transition temperatures are reported as the midpoint of the transition. Moreover,the pH values of solution CPTes2/Me2SO at temperatures from 4 to 37 ℃ and Me2SO mass fraction from0 to 0. 6 were measured by acidimeter and pH indicator paper. An equation to fit the measurements was devised to characterize the relation among the pH,temperature and Me2SO mass fraction. Results indicate that the equilibrium freezing point between CPTes2/Me2SO and NaCl/H2O/Me2SO has very little difference,as well as the glass transition temperature. The pH of solution CPTes2/Me2SO decreases with increasing temperature,while increases with increasing Me2SO mass fraction.
