摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,其目标是到2020年实现农业供给体系质量明显提高,农村一二三产业融合发展水平进一步提升;农民增收渠道进一步拓宽,城乡居民生活水平差距持续缩小。鉴于此,在对产业结构、消费结构与经济增长之间关系文献分析基础上,结合黑龙江省的产业结构与农村居民消费结构特征,构造了由黑龙江省第一产业结构比重、农村居民家庭恩格尔系数、地区生产总值三个变量组成的VAR模型,并运用格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数、方差分解等分析方法,分析变量间的关系,得出研究结论并提出相应建议,为促进黑龙江省农村消费结构优化及推动产业升级和经济的健康可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。
the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is the master＇s grasp of the ＂ Policy on the Countryside,Agriculture and Farmers＂ work in the new era,the goal of it is to improve the quality of the agricultural supply system by 2020,to further improve the level of the integration and development of the primary industry,secondary industry,and tertiary industry in the rural areas,to widen the channel of increasing farmers＇ income,and to narrow the gap between the living level of urban and rural residents. In view of this,on the basis of related literature analysis on the relationship between industrial structure,consumption structure and economic growth,this paper combines the industrial structure and the characteristics of rural residents＇ consumption structure of Heilongjiang province,and constructs three variables： the proportion of the first industrial structure,the Engel coefficient of the rural households and the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province. The VAR model is made up and the analysis methods of Grainger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition are used to analyze the relationship between variables.Finally,the paper draws the conclusions and puts forward some suggestions,which can provide some reference for promoting the optimization of the rural consumption structure and promoting the sustainable development of the industry and economy in Heilongjiang province.
