铜盐催化氧气氧化多组分串联反应合成多取代喹啉衍生物

Synthesis of Polysubstituted Quinoline Derivatives by Copper Salt Catalyzed Multi-component Series Reaction of Oxygen Oxidation

摘要 在三氟甲基磺酸铜的催化下,以氧气为氧化剂,取代苯胺、乙醛酸乙酯、简单烯烃可顺利发生三组份串联氧化反应,以较高的收率得到具有一定抗原虫活性的取代喹啉衍生物,该体系的唯一副产物是无污染的水分子,为喹啉的合成提供了一种绿色环保的新方法. Under the catalysis of copper trifluoromethanesulfonate, the substitution of aniline, ethyl glyoxylate and simple olefin with oxygen as oxidant can smoothly undergo a thine - component series oxidation reaction, and a substituted quinoline derivative having certain antigenic insect activity can be obtained in a high yield. The only by - product of the system is Non - polluting water molecules provide a new given environmental protection method for the synthesis of quinoline.
