摘要
选取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为主改性剂,通过调节改性剂的种类和浓度,使柴油车用尿素溶液具有超低的凝固点.还原剂组分和质量百分数分别为:40%~70%的高纯水,20%~35%的尿素,5%~20%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,2%~35%的小分子醇类,产品冰点低于-15℃^-35℃,表面张力明显小于普通尿素还原剂,电导率和相对粘度适中.
Using N, N - dimethylformamide as the main modifier, the urea solution in diesel vehicle is made with ultra - low freezing point by adjusting the types and concentration of the modifier. The components and mass percentage quality of the reducer are respectively: 40% - 70% of the high pure water, 20% - 35% of urea, 5% -20% of N, N - dimethylformamide, and 2% -35% of the small molecule alcohols. The urea solutions with above composition have solidifying point below - 15℃- - 35℃, and surface tension smaller than the ordinary urea reductants. Their conductivity and relative viscosity are moderate.
