摘要
中国共产党第十九次代表大会报告提出新时代中国社会主要矛盾是人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。文章运用系统思维方法,通过对我国城乡自然环境、经济发展和廉政建设分析,提出了地方政府如何走绿色发展之路服务人民美好生活的三个绿水青山资政建议:治理城乡生态环境,建设绿水青山的绿色城乡;推进供给侧结构性改革,建设绿水青山的绿金城乡;加强廉政建设,建设绿水青山的清廉城乡。文章仅供地方政府资政参考。
The report of the nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that the main contradiction of Chinese society in the new era is the one between the unbalanced and insufficient development and the people’s growing needs of better life. Through the analysis of the urban and rural natural environment,economic development and the construction of uncorrupted government in China,using system thinking method,this paper presents three senior advices about how the local government takes the road of green development to serve people’s better life：harnessing the ecological environment of urban and rural areas toestablish the green urban and rural areas with beautiful scenery,promoting the structural reform of the supply side for the green gold urban and rural areas with beautiful scenery,strengthening the construction of an honest and clean government tobuild up the clean urban and rural areas with beautiful scenery.
