摘要
与传统加工相比,激光加工具有加工清洁、生产效率高、质量可靠、工艺简单等优点.因此,用激光加工代替传统加工成为制造业一种发展趋势.但是,目前传统加工和激光加工还缺乏细致的系统性分析对比,哪种方法更具有实际意义,还是值得思考和研究的问题.为此,本文以车桥轴头锁紧垫圈为例,从加工精度、变形、切缝、速度、成本、能源消耗、人工等细节入手,具体分析,进行比较,最后综合各种因素得出结论.
Compared with the traditional processing, laser processing has the advantages of clean processing, high production efficiency, reliable quality, simple process and so on. Therefore, the use of laser processing instead of traditional processing has become a developing trend in the manufacturing industry. However, there is still a lack of systematic analysis and comparison between traditional processing and laser processing, which method is more practical or worth thinking and studying . Therefore, taking axle lock gasket of axle as example, the paper compares and analyzes the machining accuracy, deformation, cutting seam, speed, cost, energy consumption, labor and other details, and concludes with various factors.
