摘要
以SCP(结构-行为-绩效)视角分析高校大学生创业团队人员存在职权不清、知识背景单一和角色定位不准等问题。运用经济学中的产业组织理论SCP中的合理构成创业人员、明确责任分工和角色定位、确立团队目标、加强制度建设和资金保障、完善平台和评价机制等途径构建大学生创业团队结构、创业团队行为和创业团队绩效,提出大学生创业团队绩效优化是一个双向的、作用与反作用的动态的系统化工程。
From the perspective of SCP（structure-behavior-performance）,it analyzed the problems in this paper of the incompetence of the personnel of the college students＇ entrepreneurial team,the unitary organization of personnel and the inaccuracy of the role of the personnel.Using the industrial organization theory in the SCP theory to construct the enterprise team structure,the enterprise team behavior and the performance of the entrepreneurial team,it put forward the achievements of the entrepreneurial team structure,the system construction and the fund guarantee,the improvement of the platform and the evaluation mechanism.It is a two-way,effective and dynamic systematic project to optimize the entrepreneurial team effectively.
