摘要
针对热风炉现场已有的最基本测控仪表和执行机构,采用寻找动态最佳空燃比的自寻优算法,以及智能软测量技术、趋势优化控制技术、扰动观测器和智能控制技术,实现热风炉燃烧过程的自动优化控制,进而提高送风风温,降低煤气消耗。现场应用表明:智能燃烧优化技术提升了热风炉自动控制水平;对一座2 500m^3的高炉热风炉年节能效益500万元以上。
In view of the existing basic in s trument and actuator, by finding dynamic sel--opti-mizing algorithm of opt imum air - fuel r at io , and the trend of in telligent so t t measurement tech nology optimization control technology, disturbance observer and in te l l ig e n t co n tro l te c h n o lo g y,the automatic opt imizat ion control of h o t blas t furnace combus t ion is executed so as to im p ro ve the air temperature,and reduce gas consumpt ion. The field applica tion shows: the in te l l ig e n t combust ion optimization technology enhances th e level o f autom atic control of hot blasting benifit reachs RMB 5 million yuan for ahotb las tstove with capacity of 2 500 m3.
