摘要 深水钻井隔水管系统是海洋油气勘探开发的关键设备,其正确设计与使用直接关系到钻完井作业的安全与高效。总结了近年来深水钻井隔水管的几项关键技术研究进展,主要包括深水海底井口-隔水管-平台耦合动力学分析方法,深水钻井隔水管避台撤离分析技术、悬挂隔水管井间移位分析技术及平台漂移下隔水管脱离预警界限分析技术等3项特殊作业技术,以及隔水管电磁检测技术、隔水管监测技术及深水钻井隔水管完整性管理系统。深水钻井隔水管关键技术已在中国南海、西非等11口深水井的钻井隔水管设计中得到了良好应用,解决了现场技术难题,可为我国深水钻井隔水管的设计和作业提供更全面的技术支撑。 The deep water drilling riser system is critical for the exploration and development of marine oil and gas,and its correct design and application is directly related to the safety and efficiency of drilling and well completion.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of several critical techniques for deep water drilling risers,mainly including the deep water subsea wellhead-riser-platform coupling dynamics analysis,three special operation techniques of analysis for avoidance of typhoons by and evacuation of deep water drilling risers,inter-well displacement analysis of hanging risers,and analysis of warning limits for riser disconnection while platform drifting,and the riser electromagnetic testing technique,riser monitoring technique,and management system of deep water drilling riser integrity. The critical technique for deep water drilling risers has been well applied in the design of drilling risers for 11 deep water wells in the South China Sea,West Africa,etc. and solved the field technical problems,which can provide more comprehensive technical supports for the design and operation of China deep water drilling risers.
