摘要
该研究利用电晕处理技术对可降解材料聚乳酸(PLA)进行表面处理,分析电晕强度对PLA薄膜表面特征及印刷适应性的影响。其中,通过体视显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)分析电晕处理对PLA薄膜表面物理特征和分子结构的改变;通过静滴接触角、表面张力测试笔、油墨附着性测试等检测方法评价了不同处理工艺条件下的处理效果。结果表明,电晕处理使PLA薄膜表面变得粗糙,表层分子结构发生改变,润湿性得到改善,表面张力提高,从而可研发出可擦写的环境友好的书写材料。
The surface of poly lactic acid( PLA) was treated by corona treatment technique. The effect of corona intensity on the surface characteristics and printing adaptability of PLA film was analyzed. The physical properties and molecular structure of PLA film were observed and analyzed by means of stereomicroscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR). The effects of intravenous contact angle,surface tension test pen,ink adhesion test are used to evaluate under different treatment conditions,in order to optimize the process and parameters of PLA film in corona treatment. The results showed that corona treatment made the surface of PLA film become rough,the surface molecular structure changed,the wettability and the surface tension was improved,which can be developed to rewritable and environment-friendly writing materials.
