天生桥一级水电站排水阀改造设计

摘要 天生桥一级水电站自投运以来,蜗壳及尾水管排水阀开关一直采用管钳操作锁板螺母来进行,2006年利用机组第一轮大修将排水阀接力器密封进行了检修更换,用液压装置进行阀门操作。考虑目前阀门已不能正常进行液压操作,再加上原设计的排水阀安装检修复杂,故需要对排水阀进行改造。通过改造工程,有效地提高了整个机组运行的效率以及安全性。 Since Tianshengqiao- I Hydropower Station has been put into operation, the drainage valve switch of the spiral case and draft tube has been operated by the pipe tongs to operate the lock plate nut. In 2006, the drainage valve servomotor seal was repaired and replaced hy the first round overhaul of the unit, and used the hydraulic device to operate the valve.Considering that the valve has not been able to operate normally at present, and the installation and maintenance of the original drainage valve is complicated, therefore, it is necessary to transform the drainage valve. The operation efficiency and safety of the whole unit are effectively improved through the transformation project.
