摘要
设置宽度合理的区段巷道保护煤柱是保证特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面按计划接替和安全生产的前提。以同煤集团同忻矿8305综放工作面沿空掘巷小煤柱宽度的确定为工程背景,针对其38 m宽护巷煤柱矿压显现剧烈、大变形破坏及煤炭损失大的实际情况,通过理论分析得出了采空区顶板活动稳定后应力降低区的宽度,并综合考虑煤炭资源回收、隔绝采空区瓦斯、老空水、防止漏风和巷道支护等因素,最终确定小煤柱宽度为6 m。该研究分析结果为同煤集团类似开采条件下的沿空掘巷小煤柱宽度的确定,有十分重要的参考价值。
It is a prerequisite to ensure the planned replacement and safe production of fully-mechanized top-coal caving face in extra thick coal seam by setting a section roadway with reasonable width to protect coal pillar. Based on the engineering background of determining the width of coal pillar in 8305 fully mechanized caving face of Tongxin Coal Mine, aiming at the coal pillar pressure of 38 m wide protecting roadway, with large deformation, destruction and large coal loss, the width of the stress reduction area after the roof movement in the goaf is obtained through theoretical analysis. The width of the small coal pillar is determined to be 6 meters by taking into account the factors such as coal resource recovery, isolation of the gas in the goaf, old goaf water, preventing air leakage and roadway support, etc. The results of this study are of great reference value for the determination of the width of the small coal pillar in the roadway along the gob under the similar mining conditions of Tongmei coal group.
