摘要
近年来脑卒中已成为我国死亡病例的主要原因。围术期脑卒中是手术和麻醉的严重并发症,其发生并非罕见。随着研究的进展,对围术期脑卒中的高危患者进行早期干预,完善术中管理,术后密切随访并及时处理,可降低围术期脑卒中的发生率,改善患者预后。本文对围术期脑卒中患者的管理进行综述。
Stroke has been the leading cause of death in China in recent years. The perioperative stroke is a serious complication of surgery and anesthesia with high incidence. Early intervention,appropriate intraoperative management and close postoperative monitoring can reduce the incidence and improve the outcomes of perioperative stroke for high-risk populations. In this review,we summarized the management of perioperative stroke patients.
