摘要 针对传统硬件可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统存在着体系结构封闭、编程语言方面各厂家兼容性较差,程序封装能力有限及用户开发成本较高等问题,结合计算机及网络通信技术,提出了嵌入式软PLC系统。重点对嵌入式软PLC技术进行了分析,介绍了IEC61131国际标准,并以符合国际标准IEC 61131-3在Co De Sys平台上二次开发的Twin CAT作为开发环境,以Beckhoff嵌入式PC控制器作为运行系统为例,构建了嵌入式软PLC系统。该系统已成功应用于某掘进机电控系统,取得了良好的效果。 In view of the disadvantages of traditional hardware programmable logic controller( PLC) control system,such as closed system structure, poor compatibility among different manufacturers, limited program encapsulation capacity and high user development cost,combined with the computer and network communication technology,the embedded soft PLC system has been put forward. The emphasis was on the analysis of embedded soft PLC technology,and the international standard IEC61131 was introduced,and the development environment of further-developed Twin CAT on the Co De Sys platform in line with the international standard IEC61131-3,taking the Beckhoff embedded PC controller as an example,the embedded soft PLC system was built,the system has been successfully applied to the electronic control system of a tunnelling machine.
