摘要
以某湿法铜钴冶炼项目为例,分析了原空压站系统设备选型的缺陷。通过对项目用气的时序分析,得出了空压站系统的最小储气量,提出了新的设备选型方案。分析认为在用户用气间断的情况下,使用大容量储存较使用变频调节来满足用户用气需求更为合理。
Base on a real copper-cobalt hydrometallurgical project, the paper analyzes the defects of equipment selection in the existing air compressor station system. Through the time schedule analysis of air consumers in this project, the minimum storage volume of air compressor station system is obtained and a new equipment selection is suggested. In circumstances which consumers use air intermittently, using large volume of air receivers to meet consumers’ need is more reasonable than using motor frequency adjustment.
