摘要
以某公司Ausmelt熔炼系统为例,介绍了Ausmelt喷枪顶吹熔池熔炼工艺,分析了Ausmelt系统的设备组成、技术参数,以及主要的经济指标;并针对其实际运行过程中的运行状况和故障分析,提出了系统的技术改造方案。
With the Ausmelt smelting system of a company as the example, the paper introduces the top-blown bath smelting process, analyzes its equipment composition, technical parameters and main economic indicators, as well as its conditions and faults in actual operation, and put forward a technical upgrading scheme for the system.
