摘要
脾切除及胃底食管周围血管离断术是治疗门静脉高压症治疗的方法。本文就脾切除贲门周围血管离断术并发症的原因、预防及治疗进行总结,以便为临床工作提供理论参考。
Splenectomy and angiectomy around the cardia as a surgical method of treating portal hypertension has been widely applied. Therefor this article will review the cause,preventions and treatments of the complications of splenectomy and angiectomy around the cardia in patients with portal hypertension so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
