摘要
设计出一种基于混效吸收式制冷机组和燃气内燃机联合运行的孤岛式冷热电联产系统,阐明混效吸收式制冷机组制冷原理及孤岛式冷热电联产系统流程。搭建该系统的实验台,对系统的开机工况、稳定运行工况及经济性、节能性进行实验研究。实验结果表明:该系统从开机到稳定运行的响应时间约为78 min,能快速制备出实际所需的7℃冷水和66℃生活热水。系统的一次能源利用效率为63.6%,余热回收效率达60.0%,一次能源节约率为17.5%,运行费用节约率为16.6%。
An island-type combined cooling,heating and power( CCHP) system based on the combined operation of a hybrid absorption refrigeration unit and a gas-fired engine is designed. The refrigeration principle of the hybrid absorption refrigeration unit and the system process of the island-type combined cooling,heating and power system are expounded. The experimental platform of the system is built to experimentally study the starting condition,stable operating condition,economy and energy saving of the system. The experimental results show that the response time of the system from starting up to stable operation is about 78 min,and the actually required 7 ℃ cold water and 66℃ domestic hot water can be quickly prepared. The primary energy utilization efficiency of the system is63. 6%,the waste heat recovery efficiency is 60. 0%,the primary energy saving rate is 17. 5%,and the operating cost saving rate is 16. 6%.
