摘要
根据油品质和绝缘故障类型以及故障部位和范围,结合油色谱分析其特性和发展规律对积累工程分析经验有重要意义。为此,在500 kV变压器油隙绝缘试验平台上,进行了均压球对油箱壁击穿试验;在变压器绕组匝绝缘试验平台上,进行了匝间击穿试验,并均对油色谱进行了采样和分析。根据国家标准,用三比值法和大卫三角形法分析了油品质状态与油色谱的关系;根据油裂解、油纸绝缘裂解温度与比值关系,估算故障温度;根据油裂解产气速率与温度的关系,估算故障面积。结果与实际现象基本吻合,表明所提方法可为变压器在不同绝缘状态下故障诊断及确定故障范围提供参考。
Breakdown tests of the oil gap between the 500 kV equipotential shielding and the wall of the oil tank have been carried in the transformer oil gap test platform. Whilst, the the turn insulation breakdown tests have been performed in the transformer winding insulation breakdown test platform. The transformer oil after the breakdown tests have been sampled and analyzed with chromatographic method., three ratio method and Duval triangle fault diagnostic method have been employed for failure diagnostics under different conditionals of oil and insulating paper. The relationship between the oil status and the chromatographic data have been deeply investigated. The temperature in the breakdown test at the failure moment has been evaluated through the analysis of the temperatures of oil degradation and oil/paper degradation and their ratio. Also, the total failure surface has been estimated based on the temperature dependence of the gas generating rate in transformer oil. The analyzed results have a good accordance with the actual breakdown phenomenon. To sum up, these breakdown cases mentioned above may give a reliable preference for transformer failure diagnostics under different oil and paper conditions and the chromatographic analysis may be used in the estimation of failure temperature and failure surface.
