摘要
基于大数据、云服务和智能制造的时代背景,分析当前选址理论的发展现状与前景。根据装备制造企业的运作特点,提出装备制造企业在双渠道采销模式下的单厂选址和多厂选址的概念模型。通过以往相关文献的研究共识和企业的实际调研结果,将双渠道采销模式下装备制造企业的选址影响因素归为5类。并从成本制约因素、运输时间因素、区域条件因素、服务质量因素和外部环境因素5个维度确定了13个具有显著影响作用的二级指标。
Based on the background of big data, cloud services and intelligent manufacturing, the current situation and prospect of the current location selection theory are analyzed. According to the operation characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises, a conceptual model is proposed for single plant location and multi-plant location under dual channel purchase and sale mode. Through the research consensus of the previous related literature and the actual research results of the enterprises, the factors affecting the location of the equipment manufacturing enterprises are classified as 5 factors under the dual channel marketing model. 13 sub-indicators with significant impact are identified from the 5 dimensions of cost constraints, transportation time, regional conditions, quality of service and external environmental factors.
