摘要
焦炉一般用焦炉煤气燃烧进行加热,焦炉烟气中含SO_2 100 mg/m^3~300 mg/m^3,因此焦炉烟气一般为大流量、低含硫量烟气所以需要对焦炉烟气进行脱硫。结合焦炉烟气特点,主要推荐氨法脱硫(湿法)、石灰石-石膏法脱硫(湿法)、循环流化床半干法烟气脱硫三种技术。本次需改造的脱硫设施采用的是石灰石-石膏法脱硫(湿法),依据装置的特点,考虑各方面因素,采用加装高效脱硫装置的改造方案。
Coke oven gas is usually heated by burning of coke oven smoke. The amount of coke oven smoke is high. And the flue gas contains SO2 100 mg/m3 3 300 mg/m3,so the coke oven smoke is generally has large flow and low content of sulfur gas. Combined with the characteristics of coke oven smoke,this paper mainly recommends ammonia desulfurization( wet process),limestone-gypsum desulfurization( wet process),and circulating fluidized bed for semi-dry flue gas desulfurization. The limestone-gypsum desulphurization( wet method) is used in the desulphurization facility. According to the characteristics of the device and taking into account various factors,the project adopts the retrofit scheme of high efficiency desulphurization device.
