摘要
针对TP321厚壁临氢管道焊接技术中高温、高压、临氢管道焊缝容易出现热裂纹、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂、焊缝接头的σ相脆化等缺陷进行理论分析。利用全自动坡口机加工,消除焊接接头的应力集中,成形精度高。利用自制移动式龙门吊对管材进行组对,灵活机动,焊接效率高,安全可靠。采用数字弧焊电源,预防了晶间腐蚀的产生,提高焊接电源的可靠性、灵活性,效率高。采用氩电联焊工艺,焊接速度快,焊缝成形美观,可达性好。针对可能出现的晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀开裂的问题,制定了针对性的稳定化热处理方法,运用图表分析,清晰明确、应用性强。该技术能有效防高温高压临氢环境下可能造成的腐蚀裂纹现象,操作严谨有序、技术成熟可靠,焊接质量优良。
The welding technology of TP321 thick-wall hydrogenation pipeline is used to analyze the defects,such as hot crack,intergranular corrosion,stress corrosion cracking and sigma brittleness of weld joint by high temperature,high pressure and hydrogenation pipeline welding seam. The stress concentration of welded joint is eliminated by automatic beveling machine with high forming precision. The self-made movable gantry crane is used to assemble the pipes,which is flexible,efficient,safe and reliable. The digital arcwelding power supply is adopted to prevent the intergranular corrosion and improve the reliability,flexibility and efficiency of the welding power supply. TIG welding is adopted. And the welding speed is fast,the weld shape is beautiful and the accessibility is good. In view of the possible problems of intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking,a targeted stabilization heat treatment method is formulated with chart analysis,clearness and strong applicability. The technology can effectively treat the possible corrosion cracks in the environment of high temperature and high pressure,and the operation is rigorous and orderly,the technology is mature and reliable,and the welding quality is excellent.
