摘要
为了更好地开发利用野生酸枣资源,采用紫外分光光度法对野生酸枣果肉、酸枣仁、红心猕猴桃和冬枣中维生素C含量进行测定和比较。维生素C含量测定的标准曲线回归方程为y=0.373 2x+0.005 6,R2=0.999 1。结果表明,野生酸枣果肉中维生素C的含量最高,达到436.65 mg/100 g,是红心猕猴桃的3.6倍,冬枣的1.5倍,酸枣仁中维生素C的含量最低,仅有16.353 mg/100 g。该测定结果为野生酸枣中维生素C的含量提供了科学的数据支持,丰富了野生酸枣化学成分分析,为野生酸枣的进一步研究和综合开发利用奠定了基础。
In order to better develop and utilize wild jujube resources,UV spectrophotometry was used to determine and compare the content of vitamin C in wild jujube fruit,semen zizyphi spinosae,red heart kiwi fruit and winter jujube. The standard curve of vitamin C content was y = 0. 373 2 x + 0. 005 6,R2= 0. 999 1. The results showed that the content of vitamin C in wild jujube fruit was the highest,reaching 436. 65 mg/100 g,3. 6 times of red heart kiwi fruit,1. 5 times of winter jujube. The content of vitamin C in semen zizyphi spinosae was the lowest,only 16. 353 mg/100 g. The results provided scientific data support for the content of vitamin C in wild jujube and enriched the chemical composition analysis of wild jujube,and laid a foundation for further research and comprehensive development and utilization of wild jujube.
