摘要
目的探究持续质量改进在PICC维护门诊管理中的实践,提高门诊管理水平。方法选择我医院PICC维护门诊于2014年5月—2017年6月收治的900例需进行PICC置管维护的患者作为研究对象,在门诊管理采取持续质量改进工作后,统计研究对象对维护服务的满意程度。结果在门诊管理中采取持续质量改进后,900例患者中865例患者对我医院的PICC维护门诊非常满意,32例较为满意,仅3例患者对PICC维护持一般态度,整体患者的自我护理能力也有很大程度的提高。结论持续质量改进起始于全面质量管理,应用于PICC维护门诊管理中能够切实提升管理水平,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the practice of continuous quality improvement in PICC maintenance clinic management and improve the level of outpatient management. Methods 900 patients who needed PICC catheterization and maintenance in PICC maintenance clinic of our hospital from May 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the research object. After continuous quality improvement of outpatient management, the satisfaction degree of the research object to the maintenance service was counted. Results After continuous quality improvement in outpatient management, 865 of 900 patients were satisfed with the PICC maintenance clinic of our hospital, 32 were satisfied with it, only 3 patients held a general attitude towards the PICC maintenance, and the self-care ability of the whole patients was greatly improved. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement begins with total quality management. The application of continuous quality improvement in PICC outpatient service management can effectively improve the management level and improve patient satisfaction.
