摘要
目的观察分析急诊护理干预措施对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响。方法选择我院2015年7月—2017年9月收治的心肺复苏后患者110例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组的55例患者实施常规护理,干预组的55例患者在常规护理基础上实施急诊护理干预措施。比较两组患者的护理效果以及心肺复苏后记忆减退、反应迟钝、抽搐和烦躁等不良反应发生情况。结果干预组患者的护理总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(10.91%vs.27.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理干预措施可以提高心肺复苏患者的护理有效率,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 110 cases of cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.In the control group,55 patients received routine nursing,while 55 patients in the intervention group received emergency nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions such as memory loss,slow reaction,convulsion and irritability after cardiopulmonary resuscitation were compared.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 94.55%,significantly higher than that of the control group（81.82%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（10.91% vs.27.27%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.ConclusionEmergency nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the nursing care efficiency of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
