摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选择60例2016年2月—2018年2月腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据不同的术式分组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗。比较两组腰椎间盘突出症临床干预效果;住院的天数、疼痛缓解时间;手术前后患者腰腿痛程度、ODI指数;并发症情况。结果观察组腰椎间盘突出症临床干预效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组住院的天数、疼痛缓解时间优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组腰腿痛程度、ODI指数相近,P>0.05;手术后观察组腰腿痛程度、ODI指数优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症少于对照组,P<0.05。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术疗效肯定,可有效减轻疼痛和改善腰椎功能,减少并发症,促进早日康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous transforaminal discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected according to surgical methods.The control group underwent conventional surgical treatment.The observation group underwent percutaneous transforaminal discectomy.The effects of clinical interventions for lumbar disc herniation were compared between the two groups; the days of hospitalization and pain relief; the degree of lumbar and leg pain before and after surgery,ODI index,and complications was compared.Results The clinical intervention effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in observation group was higher than that of control group,P〈 0.05.The days of hospitalization and pain relief in observation group were better than those in control group（P〉0.05）.The degree of low back pain and ODI index were similar in both groups before operation,P〈 0.05.The degree of lumbar and leg pain,ODI index of the observation group after the surgery was better than that of the control group,P〈 0.05.The observation group had fewer complications than the control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal discectomy in patients with lumbar disc herniation has a positive effect,which can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar function,reduce complications,and promote early recovery.
