摘要
目的探索基层医院颅脑损伤患者的急救模式。方法于黄平县人民医院实施规范化急救模式前(2013年1月—2015年5月)和实施后(2015年6月—2017年10月)收治的颅脑损伤患者中各选出40例为研究对象,收集两组患者的抢救效果指标。结果实施后,40例患者的受伤至入院时间、急诊科滞留时间均短于实施前的40例患者,且实施后的心肺复苏成功率、抢救成功率提高,P<0.05;实施后,颅脑损伤患者的并发症发生率降低,P<0.05。结论基层医院颅脑损伤患者的急救中应不断结合现实情况完善急救流程,强化院前急救,加强各科室的协作配合,提高抢救效率,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the first-aid mode of patients with craniocerebral injury in primary hospitals.Methods 40 cases of craniocerebral injuries were selected from the people＇s Hospital of Huangping county before the standardized first aid model（from January 2013 to May 2015） and after the implementation（from June 2015 to October 2017）,the index of first aid was collected.Results After implementation,40 cases of patients＇ injury to admission time and emergency department retention time were shorter than those before the implementation of 40 patients,and the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the success rate of rescue significantly increased,P〈 0.05; after the implementation,the incidence of complications in patients with craniocerebral injury decreased significantly,P〈 0.05.Conclusion In the first aid of patients with craniocerebral injury in grass-roots hospitals,the first aid process should be perfected,pre-hospital first aid should be strengthened,the cooperation of various departments should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of rescue and promote the recovery of the patients.
