摘要
探讨不同马克隆值和棉纤维染色性能的关系。用活性红B-3BF和活性艳兰KN-G两种活性染料对不同马克隆值的棉纤维进行染色,通过上染率和固色率及K/S值的变化规律,分析它们之间的关系。结果表明,马克隆值越高,上染率越低,K/S值则先增加后平稳。但是由于成熟度和杂质的问题,固色率的变化则比较复杂,单一用马克隆值来直观表达染色性能对于活性染料来说是不能实现的。
The relationships between dyeing properties and micronaire value of cotton fiber were mainly discussed. Cotton fibers with different micronaire were dyed with red(B-3BF) and blue(KN-G) reactive dyes. The change of dye uptake, fixation rate and K/S value of the dyed fibers were tested to analysis the relationships between dyeing properties and micronaire value of cotton fiber. The results showed that with the increasement of the cotton fibers micronaire value, the dye uptake decreased, while the K/S value increased firstly and then remained stable. Due to the problem of maturity and impurity, the change of the fixation rate was complex. For the reactive dye, it was irrealizable to directly display the dyeing properties only by using the micronaire value.
