摘要
目的:以高千伏X线胸片对照,分别对使用和未使用边缘增强处理的DR胸片进行对比读片,评价边缘增强处理技术对尘肺DR读片结果的影响。方法:对109名受试对象按照GBZ 70-2015《职业性尘肺病的诊断》技术要求分别拍摄高千伏X线胸片和DR尘肺胸片,分别打印施加边缘增强处理和未经处理的DR胸片,与高千伏X线胸片对照,评价边缘增强图像处理技术对DR读片结果的影响。结果:以高千伏X线胸片为参照,未经边缘增强处理的DR胸片在诊断分期和阴影形态评价一致性上均优于未经处理的DR胸片,边缘增强处理后的DR胸片上小阴影显示不够清晰,部分影像细节信息丢失,影响诊断分期,在诊断分期和阴影形态评价一致性评价上未使用边缘增强处理的DR胸片均优于未经处理的DR胸片。结论:使用边缘增强处理对尘肺DR图像阴影形态产生显著影响,同时影响了尘肺诊断分期正确判读,使用边缘增强与未进行边缘增强处理的DR胸片在诊断分期和阴影形态评价方面均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: The chest radiography of high kilovolt was used to compare the DR chest radiographs which were used or not used for edge enhancement. The effect of edge enhancement technology on DR reading results of pneumoconiosis was evaluated. Methods: Of the 109 subjects in accordance with the requirements of GBZ 70-2015 "occupation" of pneumoconiosis diagnosis technology shooting High KV X-ray and DR pneumoconiosis were respectively applied, printing edge enhancement with and without DR film processing, control and evaluation of High KV X-ray, edge enhanced image processing technology reading the results of DR image. Results: With High KV X-ray as a reference, without edge enhancement processing of chest DR in the diagnosis and staging of shadows and morphological evaluation consistency is better than without DR film processing, edge enhancement DR chest treated small shadow display is not clear, some image details are lost, influence the diagnosis stage, without the use of edge in the diagnosis and staging of shadows and morphological evaluation consistency evaluation of enhanced chest DR treatment were better than those without DR film processing. Conclusion: The use of edge enhancement processing has significant effect on pneumoconiosis DR image shadow form, also affect the correct interpretation of the use of staging diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, edge enhancement and edge enhancement without chest DR treatment in the diagnosis and staging and evaluation of Shadow form were significantly different(P0.05).
