人口:作为文化产业投入产出分析的核心

摘要 人口与文化产业的关系是"人与文化统一互动"关系的扩大和复杂化,人口是文化产业投入的现实性和可能性,决定了文化产业的原创力和可持续性。以满足人的精神需求为目的,兼具社会整合功能,更高素质的人口规模的提升,也是文化产业产出和价值实现的终极目标。人口由此成为文化产业投入产出分析的核心议题,可以基于此设计出文化产业社会效益评估的工具。在基础性的理论阐述和宏观分析框架建构的前提下,我们采用局部数据解释了人口作为文化产业投入产出分析的简要方法。 The relationship between population and the cultural industry is an expansion and complication of man-culture unity and interaction. As the most important input factor, population determines the original creative ability and sustainability of the industry. The output and value of the cultural industry is to meet the spiritual needs of people and integrate the society. These functions can be uhimately realized in the in- crease in high-quality population. Population should become the core of an input-output analysis of the cul- tural industry, based on which an instrument can be designed to assess the social benefit of the industry. This paper first expounds the relevant fundamental theories and then constructs a macro-analysis framework. Finally, local data are analyzed under the framework to show briefly how population can be the core of the input-output analysis in the cultural industry.
