摘要
目的探讨微型骨锚钉技术联合中药外洗治疗指间关节侧副韧带闭合性撕脱伤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2017年12月收治的64例指间关节侧副韧带闭合性撕脱伤患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各32例,对照组给予微型骨锚钉技术,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药外洗,观察疗效。结果观察组患者的疗效优良率、关节肿胀恢复程度、炎症及氧化应激指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微型骨锚钉技术联合中药外洗能有效治疗指间关节侧副韧带闭合性撕脱伤,缓解关节肿痛。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of micro bone nail anchor technique combined traditional Chinese medicine to wash in the treatment of the lateral collateral ligament of the interphalangeal joint closed degloving injury. Methods In our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017, 64 cases of lateral collateral ligament of the interphalangeal joint closed degloving injury patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given bone nail anchor technology, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine washing on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was observed. Results The curative effect, the patient＇s degree of joint swelling, inflammation and improve oxidative stress indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The bone nail anchor technology combined traditional Chinese medicine washing can effectively deal with the lateral collateral ligament of the interphalangeal joint closed degloving injury, and alleviates pain in the joints.
