(R)-四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸(TTCA)的合成研究

摘要 L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐与二硫化碳在碱液中经作用,可得到(R)-四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸((R)TTCA);优化实验结果表明,当L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐、氢氧化钠、五水合硫酸铜的物质的量比为1∶3∶0.64,亚硫酸钠占的质量百分比为10.18%,CS21.8ml,反应温度55℃,反应时间为2h时,产物收率最高,可达74.35%。
