摘要
目的探究鲜竹沥口服液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对肺部感染患儿的炎性指标的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在西安交通大学第一附属医院就诊的126例肺部感染的患儿,根据数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组视病情以阿奇霉素或三代头孢类抗生素静脉注射治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉注射治疗和鲜竹沥口服液雾化吸入治疗。对2组患儿治疗后临床疗效、炎性指标和动脉血气相关指标进行比较分析。结果观察组临床疗效的总有效率为79.37%,对照组为60.32%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿CRP、ESR和外周血白细胞总数的水平以及动脉血气指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组的炎性指标均降低;组间比较,观察组炎性指标的改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组患儿动脉血气指标的改善程度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组激素不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.948,P=0.103)。结论鲜竹沥口服液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对小儿肺部感染治疗后,可以显著降低患儿的炎性指标,有助于肺部功能恢复,保证了临床疗效。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Xianzhui oral liquid combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate on improving inflammatory indexes in children with pulmonary infection. MethodsOne hundred and twenty-six children with pulmonary infection treated in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 63 cases in each. The control group was treated with azithromycin or intravenous injection of cephalosporins of the third generation, while the observation group was additionally subjected to intravenous injection of methylprednisolone and the aerosol inhalation therapy with Xianzhuli oral liquid. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory indexes and arterial blood gas related indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. ResultsThe total effective rate was 79.37% in the observation group and 60.32% in the control group, so the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the expressions of CRP, ESR, the total number of peripheral white blood cells or arterial blood gas indexes(P〉0.05)between the two groups of patients. After treatment, the inflammatory indexes of two groups were decreased, especially in the observation group(P〈0.05).Arterial blood gas indexes improved more significantly in the observation group, and the difference was of statistical significance(P〈0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of steroid-related adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=1.948, P=0.103). ConclusionXianzhuli oral liquid combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate, when used in the treatment of children with pulmonary infection, can significantly reduce the inflammatory index in children, contribute to lung function recovery, and ensure clinical efficacy.
