摘要
随着现代化城市建设步伐的不断加快,各种各样的建设项目也不断提上了日程,但是在发展的过程中,难免会出现一些阻碍发展的问题,尤其是项目建设环节中的招投标阶段,恶意低价中标的现象已经非常普遍,严重影响着我国建设行业的稳定发展。对此文章针对恶意低价中标的现象和对策展开了必要的分析,分别对恶意低价中标的现象出现的主要因素与恶意低价中标现象的应对对策进行了深入的分析。
With the accelerating pace of modern city construction, all kinds of construction project has been on the agenda, but in the process of development, hard to avoid can appear some problems that hinder the development especially in the part of the construction of project bidding stage, the phenomenon of malicious low bid has become so common that seriously affects the stable development of China＇s construction industry. This article in view of the phenomenon and the countermeasures of malicious low price winning the necessary analysis, respectively, appear the phenomenon of malicious low bid and the main factors of malicious low bid countermeasures carried on the thorough analysis of the phenomenon.
