摘要
为了满足射频传感器、智能卡、可穿戴电子设备以及其他便携式设备的应用需求,薄型、柔性储能器件研究得到众多研究机构的广泛关注。印刷技术可以精确、快速地在柔性基底上沉积油墨,具有制造成本低的优点。电池的组成部分,包括集流体、活性电极层和隔膜,可以通过设计合适的油墨材料通过印刷技术进行沉积。介绍了多种印刷技术在柔性电池中的可行性以及最适用于柔性电池制作的印刷技术。
In order to meet modern society's needs for applications such as radio frequency sensing, smart card,wearable electronics and other portable electronic devices, more and more attention were paid on thin and flexible energy storage devices by numerous research institutions. The ink could be accurately and quickly deposited on flexible substrates, and low manufacturing cost was its advantages. The components of the battery, including the current collectors, active layers, and separator, could all be deposited using conventional printing techniques by designing suitable inks. The feasibility of multiple printing techniques in flexible batteries and the best printing technology for flexible cells were introduced.
