火驱注气井热式气体质量流量计的研制及应用

摘要 为了解火驱注气井中各层位吸气情况,研制了一种基于恒温差原理的热式气体质量流量计,其特点是可以测量小流量,稳定性和可靠性高。该仪器可以实现火驱注气井温度、压力、气体注入比例、液面、磁定位的测试,对了解火驱注气井井下情况十分重要。现场数据表明,该仪器测试效果良好。 In order to understand the inspiratory conditions of various layers in the fire flooding gas-injection well, a thermal air mass flowmeter based on the principle of constant temperature difference was developed, it can testlitter flow- measurement, and has high stability and high reliability. The instrument can realize the test of air injection well temperature, pressure, gas injection, liquid level and magnetic positioning, and it is very important to understand the downhole situation of fire injection air well. Its test results are good in the air -injection wells.
