摘要
目的对完善术前访视应用于手术室患者护理中的实施效果进行评价。方法将该院各科室于2016年9月—2017年11月收治的60例符合手术指征的患者随机平均分为护理组和常规组,常规组患者进行手术前的临床常规护理,护理组在进行常规护理同时加强对患者的术前访视护理管理。比较两组患者对疾病的认知程度,治疗依从性和护理满意度情况,对护理质量进行评价。结果护理组患者术后对疾病认知不全评分(2±1.1)分,不配合治疗评分(3±1.6)分,总满意率93.3%。常规组相应评分为(4±1.8)分、(6±2.1)分,满意率80.0%。完善术前访视护理管理的护理组患者对疾病认知程度显著高于常规护理组(t=5.19,6.22,χ2=2.308),且护理组的治疗依从性和总体的护理满意度比常规组也明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论完善术前访视应用于手术室患者护理中,可以显著改善患者术前焦虑、恐惧等负面情绪,提高患者对该院护理的满意度,减少护患纠纷,提高医院的总体护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative visits on the nursing of patients in operating theatres.Methods 60 patients with surgical indications admitted to the department from September 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into a care group and a routine group. The routine group received preoperative routine clinical care and nursing care. In the routine care while strengthening the patient＇s preoperative visits to care management. The degree of cognition, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the quality of care. Results The patients in the nursing group scored 2%（1.1%） of the patients with impaired cognition, and did not fit the treatment score（3±1.6）points. The total satisfaction rate was 93.3%. The corresponding scores of the routine group were（4±1.8）points,（6±2.1）points, and the satisfaction rate was 80.0%. Patients in the nurse group who improved preoperative visits to nursing care were significantly more knowledgeable about the disease than those in the routine care group, and the treatment adherence in the care group and overall care satisfaction. Compared with the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant（t=5.19,6.22,χ^2=2.308,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of preoperative visits to patient care in the operating room can significantly improve the patient＇s preoperative anxiety,fear and other negative emotions, improve the patient＇s satisfaction with the hospital care, reduce nurse-patient disputes, and improve the overall quality of care in the hospital.
