摘要
以马斯洛需求层次理论为研究基础,概括性地分析了高校辅导员的角色定位与需求层次,进而结合当前形势指出了高校辅导员队伍建设面临的现实困境,并提出了针对性的创新性激励机制,旨在为高校辅导员队伍建设探索新的路径。
Based on Maslow's theoiT of demand level, this paper analyzes the role orientation and demand level of college counselors. In the paper, the author also points out the predicament in the construction of college counselor team and puts foiward the innovative encouragement mechanism accordingly.
