摘要
介绍了煤种切换过程中五环炉各项运行参数的变化,阐述了煤种的变化不仅会影响到气化炉反应室流场的改变、炉温的波动、汽包蒸汽产量,而且关系着气化炉气体组分及产气量的变化,总结了五环炉在煤种切换过程中对煤种的要求及操作要点。
This paper introduces the change of each operation parameter of Wuhuan Gasifier during different coal switch,elaborates the fact that coal category change not only causes the change of flow fieldin the reaction chamber of the gasifier,the fluctuation of gasifier temperature,the change of steam output of steam drum,but also the change of gasifier gas composition and gas output,and explore the requirements on coal category and key operation point during coal category switch.
