摘要
洛阳永龙能化有限公司20万t/a乙二醇配套项目的锅炉、空分装置、气化装置和气体净化装置,在原始开车及试生产过程中暴露了较多问题,通过对出现的问题进行分析总结,找出了原因所在,在进一步技术改造后,达到了很好的效果,为装置的安全、稳定运行提供了保障。
Many problems appeared for the boiler,air separation unit,gasification unit and gas purification unit during original startup and trial production of 200,000 t/a Glycol Supporting Project of Luoyang Yonglong Energy and Chemical Company,Ltd.The reason is found out by analyzing these problems and good effect is achieved after further technical upgrading,which provides guarantee to the safe and steady operation.
