摘要
通过测试不同配合比的用于工程加固改造的水泥基灌浆料与旧混凝土的14 d拉伸黏结强度,研究胶砂比、水胶比以及塑性膨胀剂等对灌浆料拉伸黏结强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:灌浆料的拉伸黏结强度随着胶砂比的增大呈近似线性增长,当胶砂比从0.70提高至0.94,拉伸黏结强度提高89.1%;灌浆料的拉伸黏结强度随着水胶比的提高先线性增长后趋于稳定;当塑性膨胀剂用量的增加时,灌浆料的拉伸黏结强度呈近似线性下降,其用量从0增至0.24%时,黏结强度降低49.1%。
By testing the 14 d tensile bond strength of the cementitious grouting material on the old concrete for strengthening,the effects of C/S ratio,W/C ratio and plastic expansive agent on the tensile bond strength of grouting material were studied.The results show that the tensile bond strength of grouting material increases linearly with the increase of C/S ratio.When the C/S ratio increased from 0.70 to 0.94,the tensile bond strength increased by 89.1%.The tensile bond strength of grouting material firstly increases with the increase of W/C ratio and the tends to be stable.When the amount of plastic expansion agent increases,the tensile bond strength of grouting material decreases approximately linearly.When the amount of plastic expansion agent increased from 0 to 0.24%,the tensile bond strength reduced by 49.1%.
