摘要
本试验旨在研究硬脂酰乳酸钠对生长期肉牛生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。在2017年6月10日至2017年8月11日,试验在内蒙古阿荣旗中荣肉牛养殖基地进行,选择12月龄体质量在(407.27±20.79)kg的西门塔尔肉牛12头作为试验动物,随机分为2组,其中对照组肉牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组肉牛每头每天在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加硬脂酰乳酸钠30g。结果表明,试验结束后,试验组肉牛的体质量比对照组提高了3.34%,试验组的平均日增体质量极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。干物质采食量试验组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),料重比试验组极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。试验组与对照组相比,血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的含量无显著变化,但随着试验的进行ALT的含量有升高的趋势。血清中门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量在试验40,50d时,试验组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),在60d时试验组极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量无显著变化,但与对照组相比有升高的趋势。血清中总蛋白(TP)的含量在60d时试验组极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。血清中白蛋白(ALB)的含量在50d时试验组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),在60d时试验组极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。血清中球蛋白(GLO)含量在60d试验组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。血清中尿素氮(BUN)含量试验组与对照组相比呈升高的趋势,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。在60d时试验组血清中总胆固醇(TC)的含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。血清中甘油三酯(TG)的含量在60d时试验组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。血清中游离脂肪酸(NEFA)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。经过计算试验组的利润为3.68�
This study was to investigate the effects of sodium stearoyl lactylate on growth perform- ance and blood biochemical parameters of beef cattle during the growing season. From June 10, 2017 to August 11,2017 ,at the Zhongrong Beef Breeding Base in Arongqi,Inner Mongolia,and 12heads of Simmental beef cattle with a body wei groups, which the control group beef cattle were ght of (407. 27±20. 79) kg were divided into 2 fed with the basal diet,and the experiment groiip matter intake was significantly increased (P〈0.05),and the feed/weight ratio was significantly decline (P〈0.01). There was no significant change in serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), but content of ALT was increased in experiment group. The content of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) was significantly lower in the experimental group at 40,50 and 60 d (P〈0. 05). There was no significant change in serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP),while there was an increasing trend in experiment group. The serum total protein (TP) was significantly higher in the experimental group at 60 d (P〈0.01). The serum albumin (ALB) in the experimental group was sig nificantly lower at 50 d (P〈0.05) and 60 d (P〈0.01). The content of serum globulin (GLO) was significantly higher at 60 d (P〈0.05). The serum urea nitrogen (BUN) in experiment group showed an increasing trend compare with the control group,and there was no significant difference (P〈0. 05). The serum total cholesterol (TC) in experimental group was significantly lower at 60 d (P〈0.05). The serum triglyceride (TG) in experimental group was significantly lower at 60 d (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of free fatty acids (NEFA) in serum. The levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum was no significant difference (P〈0.05). The experimental group profit was 3.68 RMB,the control group was 1.52 RMB/per day
