“7·6”思林水电厂功率振荡事件分析及改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 2017年7月6日,贵州铜仁地区220kV思林电厂在2号机组升功率期间,电压持续跌落后发生功率振荡。文中结合现场录波和BPA,RTDS仿真,详细分析了功率振荡发生原因,并对该起事件中的振荡过程进行了复现。针对事件中暴露的机组无功控制模式设置不当及电力系统稳定器(PSS)装置因转速测量误差引发的低频段缺陷,提出了电厂手动定无功功率模式应用原则及通过优化PSS装置斜坡函数参数提升低频段阻尼的方案。经RTDS和现场试验验证后投入运行,所提出的方案能够有效改善电厂阻尼特性;同时,结合现场试验对于PSS整定标准提出了改进建议。 On July 6,2017,apower oscillation occurred in Silin Hydropower Plant when No.2 generator increases its output power and the plant voltage dropped continuously.Based on the on-site record curve and simulation by BPA software and RTDS,the causes of power oscillation are analyzed in detail,and the scene of the power oscillation is reproduced.In response to the problems such as the generator's reactive power mode is set incorrectly and the power system stabilizer(PSS)has some defects in low frequency band because of measurement errors in rotator speed,the application principle of the plant reactive power control mode is proposed and the damping character is promoted by optimizing ramp function setting of PSS.The scheme has been put into operation in Silin Hydropower Plant after RTDS and on-site test,and it shows that the damping characteristic of the plant is improved effectively.The suggestions on improvement of PSS's setting criterion are proposed combined with the on-site test.
