摘要
针对西北高原地区运行的车载电缆柔性终端频繁爆炸的现象,本文建立了能够模拟低气压环境的局部放电试验系统,以单独研究气压因素对电缆柔性终端绝缘性能的影响。首先分析了环境气压对电缆柔性终端的放电起始电压与放电熄灭电压的影响。其次,研究了不同气压条件下柔性终端放电发展的规律。最后,分析了不同气压下的放电相位宽度差异,并利用特征量分析了放电谱图之间的形态特征差异。研究结果表明:环境气压对电缆的放电起始/熄灭电压、放电发展规律、放电相位宽度以及二维谱图形态特征影响不明显,环境气压对电缆的绝缘性能影响不大,因此气压因素并不是高原地区电缆柔性终端故障的主要因素。
In order to study the phenomenon of frequent explosion on the locomotive cable flexible terminals,a test system for PD( Partial Discharge) has been set up which can reproduce the low pressure environment. The effect of air pressure on insulation performance of flexible terminal is studied separately. Firstly,the the initial voltage and extinct voltage of the flexible terminals at different atmospheric pressure were studied. Secondly,development of discharge of the flexible terminals at different atmospheric pressure were studied. Finally,the difference of discharge phase width under different atmospheric pressure is analyzed,and the morphological characteristics of PRPD( Phase Resolved Partial Discharge)spectrograms are analyzed by characteristic quantities. The results show that,the atmospheric pressure has no obvious influence on the initial/extinct voltage,development of discharge,discharge phase width and characteristics of PRPD spectrograms. Atmospheric pressure has little influence on the insulation performance of cables. Therefore,the atmospheric pressure factor is not the main factor of the cable terminal fault in plateau area.
